How to Order
We aim to make ordering of your clock as simple as possible
The price quoted will include delivery, (set-up costs are also included for Grandfather clocks)
You will then have several options to pay for your items
Please ensure you fill all the relevant details on the order form including your home address and home telephone number (and the delivery address if different). Your home address and telephone number must match that of your credit card.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Order by adding to the shopping cart from any of the product pages and completing the online payment form provided at the Secure Shopping cart checkout.

Personal Cheque Payments
Print out the form provided at the checkout of the shopping cart after filling it in and mail it to us with your
cheque made payable to Direct Hardware Ltd and post to:

We will then contact you either by e-mail or phone to confirm your order and potential delivery date.
Cash On Delivery Payments
Print out the form provided at the checkout of the shopping cart after filling it in and mail it to us with a deposit of £100 payable to:

The remaining payment can be made on delivery of your clock by either cash, bankers draft or building society cheque.
Many of our clocks are available from stock but some may have to be specially ordered from the Howard Miller factory in the USA. Delivery can be from 2 – 8 weeks depending of stock availability. You will be advised of the potential delivery dates once the order has been processed
